South Downs Way accessed in Farnham 10 minutes drive. Village pub only 2 minutes walk away. Transport to & from Farnham can be arranged.
• Rooms comprise of single beds, patio/stable doors onto terrace, wood floors/luxury carpet, radio alarm clock, tea & coffee making facilities in the room, TV with DVD, central heating and independent feature gas fire.
• Separate private bathroom facilities solely for the occupants of the rooms include; a half bath, electric shower with glass enclosing doors, toilet, sink, mirror and shaving point.
• The accommodation is completely independent from the main house and accessed through the front door straight into the annexe area. Breakfast is served in the kitchen / breakfast room of the main house.

• £50 for the twin - reduction made for the same with one occupant.
