Lane End provides the rare opportunity to both "get away from it all" and still have easy access to many of the major visitor attractions of the world. It stands in four acres of woodland and lawns and is surrounded by thousands of acres of commonland comprising forest, heathland, lakes and hills. In a rural situation, it is midway between London and the south coast. Local train services provide access to London in under an hour. There are numerous local pubs and restaurants, several of which can be accessed via off-road trails.

The accommodation consists of a large en-suite room overlooking lawns and woodland to the south and west. It contains a king sized bed and two single beds. It has an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. The grounds are available to guests and consist of four acres of lawns and woodland.
