Ten minutes walk to station or into town. Convenient for Waverley Abbey, Squires Kitchen or The Maltings. The local pub is The Fox, which is a short walk away and offers good, home-cooked food and real ale.

There is a residents' TV lounge and access to the garden.

Directions emailed or explained over phone. Main line train station is just a ten-minute walk, with a 50 minute journey time to London. Gatwick is 45 minutes and Heathrow 35 minutes by road.
